The original drawing, #G104, is pencil and ink, for a sermon by Rev. M.Nordloh, titled "The Potters Hands" October 1994. In the Bible, God instructed Jeremiah to go to the potter and he would speak to him there. When Jeremiah arived, the potter was working on a wheel with the clay. After fouling the first vessel, he made it into another. Then God spoke to Jeremian, he said "O house of Isreal, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the Lord. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Isreal." Jeremiah 18:6
